Hello everyone this side team Dark Shadow including 4 members in it. And we got to know about Hive platform through this vihaan hackathon. We are working on a problem statement based on regular crisis of work for Daily Wage Workers.
Problem Statement :
In India, daily wage laborers represent a significant portion of the workforce, yet around 25% experience unemployment on any given day, leading to financial instability. Existing job-seeking methods lack efficiency and transparency, with many workers unaware of available opportunities due to limited access to information. Privacy concerns and communication gaps further hinder the process.
There is a pressing need for a streamlined solution that connects daily wage workers with job opportunities while prioritizing privacy and transparency. Our solution aims to address these challenges by providing a user-friendly platform where workers can receive job requests anonymously and communicate with potential employers transparently. Features like skill endorsements empower workers to showcase their expertise, ultimately promoting economic stability within India's daily wage labor market.
