Greetings hive lovers, Hope you spent the holiday very well and in good heal of body and sound mind?
i want to show you around my world and my work as i serve in the NYSC "National Youth service Corp" scheme which i started in 28th of August 2024 and took a little excuse on the event to visit my family and spend some Quality holida season with them during the christmas celebration.
On the day i had to come back to base after the christmas celebration, i entered the bus for Jalingo Taraba state capital from onitsha where the bus terminal is located.

we had few delays ranging from the parking and unparking of our loads to load a more heavy load so as to not spoil the dalicate things in the less heavy loads, to waiting for about 55 munites more to recive a waybil package from a customer.
Finally our bus which is supposed to take off by 07:00 am now took off by 09:30 am which is almost two hours behind schedule.

so as we passed through different towns and villages to jalingo city which is a 12 hours jurney depending on how fast the bus driver is and how consistent he is with time too, we made a few enconters that either made us to stop for a while to address or keep on going.
one of the encounter is the holdup which happend in enugu town as the nigerian road safty and the police took charge of the cituation to control the vehicle trafic and as well collect money from commercial vehicles.
as we passed throug this junney we stopped along the road in cross river state to eat some decent meal before we contined the junney but as we opened the door we discovered that one of the passengers galoon of red oil have spoiled so he has to replace it with another one.

as a result of some of these delays we made during the movement we were not able to make it through Benue state to taraba state because before we could complete the junney throug benue state its already 06:30pm and benue state has a rutine curfew which starts by 06:30 pm so our bus have to park in a fuel station with other commerciall buses for the night, so that we can continue the movement in the seconday through zak ibiam where the curfew is being place to bring down crime rate and kidnapping of individuals by criminals along the road at night.
