Back pain went away a little

    So I got a cold because of the weather, but despite having it i still continued to work and not rest and suddenly i got a back pain , like i was just fine and after a minute it got painful 😖 em old ~

    I took biogesic and slept after , my back pain went away a little..

    So i just needed to rest pala
