Hello friends, today I will talk about this delicious beef rib soup which I prepared with my mother for the weekend, we have this tradition and it is pleasant.
The soup contains many vegetables and among them are cassava, yam, ocumo, topocho, auyama among other ingredients.
The process is not easy at all, so everything takes time, a maximum of two hours for it to be ready.

La sopa contiene muchas verduras y entre ellas se encuentran la yuca, ñame, ocumo, topocho, auyama entre otros ingredientes.
El proceso no es nada facil, asi que todo lleva su tiempo, maximo dos horas para que esté lista.

I usually eat little but when it comes to soup I can eat up to two plates and with the super delicious casabe or arepa, the lemon is optional.
