I could miss out on $60 of savings at a grocery store due to missing out on a sale… and be fine…
I could invest $4,000 into some crypto and watch it go to $1,000 and be like damn that sucks…
But if I lose $38 gambling I get reallllllly pissed.
I don’t know why…. I am actually SOOOOO up in gambling that these little $40 lost here and there will almost never add up to the amounts I have won.
But something about losing this money will pisses me off..
What pissed me off the most… is that the $38 was up to $45…. Down to basically $5… up to $60… then down to $0….
It is such tiny number you might be scoffing… but why does it bother me this much? Any insight @theycallmedan I know you played poker so you must have plenty of experience having those bad days.
Any of my fellow #silvergoldstackers dabble with gambling here and there? What are your thoughts?
It probably bothers me because I spend good time making this posts and I am gambling away my hive… You will never catch me sending some eth to a gambling site or anything… but something about hive gambling is so “accessible” I guess you can say since we have 0 fee fast transactions…
I don’t know… maybe I need to lay off cold turkey and just focus on posting to earn not playing to earn.
This post at least helped me chill out, it’s crazy how something so small can almost ruin my day. Perspective really helps smooth things out.
