    The Games Machine was a gaming magazine published in the U.K. that covered both console and computer games. It was relatively short-lived being published only from 1987 to 1990. The June 1989 issue includes:

      • Gallery - Artwork created with something called the Spaceward Supernova Paint System which was apparently hardware system consisting of a 68020 based computer with 12MB RAM, and 600MB hard disk controlled by a graphics tablet.
