    Hello everyone!

    This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.


    OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

    Hello everyone SWC friends I hope you are all doing well today and this time I come to bring you some photos of today's training which was freestyle along with a bit of static which we have improved so much in performance and endurance which makes us very happy, I went with my friend @sw-yisus and we were able to throw some good combos of plank and front, we also threw a bit of Hephaestus although for this one I felt quite heavy and fatigued in the shoulders and biceps, for the plank I did feel light and for the front the same, because I didn't want to do a lot of front things because I would continue to get tired, and as for the tricks, I was able to continue polishing the tricks more, I started throwing double 360 and seeing that I fell a bit heavy, I decided to polish the 360 a bit, after several attempts doing them cleanly, I was able to focus on the double 360 in which I could see the improvement after cleaning the base of this, I made several clean attempts and I felt super happy, then I started to clean the geinger a lot, both the normal one and the X one, which I only tried once and it was not bad at all, the rest were attempts at 540 which I tried several times and I even combined it with a bar plank and then did 540, a pretty showy combination and which I want to improve 100%, this would culminate my freestyle training along with the static ones that I previously mentioned, a fairly progressive and smooth workout seeing it from another perspective, I hope and know about other good workouts in the following days 🙌🏻❤️

    Entrenamiento completo de plancha 💪🏻❤️ [ESP 🇪🇦 - ENG 🇺🇸]

    Hello everyone SWC friends I hope you are doing very well today, I come to bring you some photos of my complete plank training with my brother @sw-yisus in which we focused strongly on the plank doing it both on the floor and on parallel bars, in order to continue progressing and to be able to adapt in all the possible ways to the plank movement, on the floor the push is used much more and it forces us to use more the strength of the serratus, biceps and shoulders as well as the forearms, on the parallel bars it is the same, the only difference is that you have more grip and the forearms are kept tighter and having the perfect grip, creating tension in the movement so the movement is still with the same push from the shoulders and serratus, only the grip part changes, but that also depends on the person and the type of training, in my case to do plank holds I prefer the parallel bars, but in progressions and basics like lean push-ups or handstand I am better on the floor since I am more comfortable on that part, but in the same way I did my progressions and some basics on parallel bars to strengthen and feel more comfortable in that area, it had been a while since I gave him a floor workout but he was able to do it very well, still maintaining strength and mobility in that area, my friend yisus also gave him very good combos both on the floor and on parallel bars, and at the end we did the same but with progressions and the league to finish tiring and culminate with the push training, the truth is that it was a great approach to gain more strength in this great movement and in which I want to continue improving, since it has cost me a lot to have a decent planche and with some humble holds, but continuing with the constancy and the ideal discipline then I will continue achieving it 💪🏻❤️

    Día difícil, ¡Entrenamos con todo! [ESP🇪🇸/ENG🇺🇸]

    Yesterday, as usual, I was preparing to train calisthenics, but due to weather reasons I couldn't go to any training park so together with my training partners @henrryswokout and @loganramirez-sw agreed to train in the comfort of my house so after a while waiting for the sky to clear a little, they arrived at my house to start the training routine we had planned which was a specific plank routine with quite demanding exercises that focused on the straddle planche after warming up with specific exercises at low load and some stretches thus activating the joints we started with our routine and as soon as I went to perform the first exercise there was a cut of light in my town San Juan de Colón, thus preventing me from taking the photos with such clarity, even so I did everything possible so that the photos that I will show in this post reflect the movements that I made, demonstrating that despite the adversities, climate and lack of visibility due to light issues, even so we had an extremely effective and very complete training routine, implying that no matter what happens, discipline always has to be present.

    Ok we are off to a good start now this outfit really represents me, I usually only wear black clothes in a rocker style but I like how the jacket fits me, along with the chains and the bandana on the other end.
