My artificial tree, once a shimmering spectacle and focal point for numerous selfies now stands completely bare.
It's time to take everything down.
But not today.
Today, the tree still holds a bit of the holiday charm. I'm not quite ready to let go of the festive feeling.
Tomorrow, I'll pack everything away. But for now, I'll let the tree stand, a reminder of the cozy evenings and holiday cheer.
Maybe, before the Feast of the Three Kings, I'll finally take it down. Until then, I'll enjoy these lingering moments of the holiday season.
