Hola amigos, hoy les hablaré sobre este agradable dia miercoles y donde fue muy productivo, en horas de la mañana luego del gimnasio paso por un parque a relajarme y me encuentro con estas hermosas plantas que decoran el lugar, no se su nombre cientifico pero son llamativas.
Debo decir que me gusta entrenar temprano porque las temperaturas no son tan altas y asi puedo estar mas relajado.
Estamos en época de siembra y siempre tengo algo que hacer en el campo, todo es un proceso pero vale la pena, asi que me toca hacer un horario para todo.

Todos los dias tengo una rutina y en algunas ocasiones suele cambiar, lo importante es no quedarse en el intento y salir adelante.
