You can see here pictures of birds that I took earlier which are feeding on insect balls and I would like to go into more detail about the singing of birds and the subconscious. There are numerous different birds that differ from their sounds and birds are particularly loud during their breeding season and are oriented to the times of the day and most birds start with their chirping shortly before sunrise. Some species sing in the evenings or at night like owls and an important influencing factor is also the influence of light or temperature and during the full moon some birds are more active than usual and with the help of their sounds they communicate with each other, attract females or mark their territory. How often a bird sings depends on the species and also the size has an influence on it and it was found that birds that live in a larger area have higher frequencies than these ones that live more close together. The singing of birds is so complex and diverse and usually moves in a frequency range between 500 - 10000 Hz and some of the frequencies can also have a positive effect on other organisms such as plants or animals. It is also interesting what effect the singing of birds has on the subconscious and these harmonious frequencies can have a strong influence on the psyche and help to improve the mood or have a calming effect and if you should be stressed, help you feel better. When we perceive things that do us good, this is stored in the subconscious and this is also the case with the sounds of birds and we remember more of moments that were shaped by it such as visits to nature and in addition the singing can help us to concentrate better on subliminal topics and to sort the thoughts better. Due to the effect of the various sounds, this suggests to us a feeling of well-being and as a result, also controlled by the subconscious it happens that processes take place in the physical body that can support the healing of diseases or provide more vitality and it is probably also interesting that natural sounds such as the singing of birds can have an influence on the pineal gland. Birds have an important influence on the human subconscious and it is definitely interesting to know how the harmonious sounds are able to influence feelings or well-being.
