Hello! it's me, @solinek, your everyday nature lover, food lover, and a traveler. Because tomorrow night is her schedule flight going to United Arab Emirate. She decided to have a farewell dinner with us before she will return again to her work place abroad. She invite us her past co-workers to have a simple dinner at Good taste Restaurant at Dangwa station Baguio City. Faye is my co-worker in Minute Burger at km4. La Trinidad Benguet for more than 1 year. While we are having our dinner we asked her if we can accompany her going to the airport but she said that she will be accompanied by her uncle who will return also to Manila to work. But she promise us that when she will return again for vacation she will contact us for us to pick her up at the airport and we agreed to that.
Faye take a 1 month vacation to go home from 2 years work at United Arab Emirate. She is a sells attendant in a fruit stall in a supermarket. And we just meet again after 3 years. Because I apply to other work when I resigned from Minute Burger km4 so we are apart for 1 year but still I'm visiting them when I have my rest day. That time I'm now working at Valley bread located at Buyagan La Trinidad Benguet. I work as a Merchandiser and my work station is at Savemore La Trinidad and Baguio City. After work I mostly visited them at Minute Burger.
But today I'm working at Department of Environment and Natural Resources CAR under Community Environment and Natural Resources Office located at DENR Compound, Gilraltar Baguio City. I'm working right now here for 2 years and counting. The other girl is Div and he is still working at Minute Burger. I can say that we have a strong bond when we are still together at Minute Burger because we help each other inside and outside work. We support each others back when we are down and faces challenges in life. We are 5, the other 2 is at Japan and Dubai. The one at Japan is working as a Farmer and she got a contract of 3 years and she will go home next year 2025. The other one who is at Dubai is working as a Domestic helper and I'm expecting her to go home for a vacation within 2 months. I now the welcoming party for my friends who will return home from abroad.
After our dinner she give us our "PASALUBONG" it is an gift or item that she brought from United Arab Emirate. She give me a smart watch and give Div a digital watch. As a man I give her also a treat and that is I pay for our dinner bill. She insists to pay the bill but I already paid our Bill. Even though she is the one who invites us for dinner, I know that she spent to much already when we go at Nueva Viscaya for a vacation trip for 3 days.
