So, I work the graveyard shift, like, from home. It's kinda weird, cuz I'm not really going anywhere, but I'm still up all night. And it's totally messed up my eating schedule.
I used to be a breakfast person, and I still am! I eat breakfast at the usual time in the morning, and lunch is also pretty normal. But during my shift, things get a little crazy.
My Midnight Snack: I usually just grab a big bowl of oatmeal with milk. It's like my midnight snack, but it's the only thing that sounds good when I'm working late. I don't even eat it fast, I just kinda nibble on it throughout the whole shift. It's like my own little comfort food.
The Verdict: I don't know, maybe it's weird, but it works for me. I have more energy during my shift, and I don't feel like I'm constantly craving junk food. It's definitely not a normal diet, but hey, it's my night shift thing!
