Wednesday started out with a really hun hour of tennis not having much problems with my right cab which still feels a bit torn after 25k steps on Tuesday. There is a international break in the football right now with only the playoffs left which leaves me in a space where I have more time. I do plan to start utilizing it more though which wasn't fully the case yesterday as I'm too much tuned into staying up to date with the crypto space. From Friday t monday I plan to joing 4 hot yoga classes and go back to Swimming on Tuesday.
Today Goals: I plan on doing a 10k step walk after I wake up, have some productivity in the afternoon while eating healthy and I will meet up with a friend in the evening to join a meeting about Generative AI in the evening.
