I continue with the good flow that I'm in slowly but surely getting my weight down below 70kg again. Friday was a pretty standard day with some productivity in the morning followed by a lunchbreak 60-Minute Hot Yoga class and some more productivity and a nap in the afternoon. I also went to get a haircut and followed the evening football match. I ate a bit more than I should starting with a smoothie, some beans, some canned fish and also some Dim sum. .
Muliple shorter walks ended me at a nice 15318 Steps on the day getting the total this week at 84217.
