OMG! I have set my highest activity count so far: 19,085 steps. No wonder my feet feel really tired today. I didn't even notice that I accumulated this much activity for my Actifit report. This means I'm beginning to feel my momentum, and I'm starting to regain my previous energy level from before my lifestyle became sedentary.
Now I just need to maintain this momentum and stick to my healthy diet routine to keep the right balance.
Tonight's dinner is a nice dish of Hor Fun with vegetables and seafood. I like it because it's saucy and delicious.
