Day 2197 | Great Week & New Goals !

    I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

    Last week was one where I really managed to turn things around completing the 100k weekly steps along with joining 6 Hot Yoga classes while eating near perfectly health, drinking plenty of water, and always taking my supplements. This got my weight of 73.6 kg down to 71.5kg which is respectable but I still have a long way to go there so I will continue.

    The main downside is that this pace is not really sustainable as it takes up a lot of time and it also is only fun for so long. 2-3 weeks into it I will get really bored of this routine.

    I completed my 100k steps goal yesterday doing 6334 more reaching 101k+ steps over the week. I'm not sure if I will be able to keep this up but I will go for some more walks the coming week and also plan to go for a swim on Tuesday.

    New Week Goals

    : I further aim to lose weight and want to implement 1 fasting day to make sure I get below 70kg by the start of next week. The plan is to join at least 3 Hot Yoga Classes, go swimming on Tuesday and maybe plan tennis on Wednesday. Also again keeping my eating clean, drinking plenty of water, take supplements and go on regular walks keeping track of my steps. Basically a lifestyle that is overly focused on health and losing weight giving that the top priority.

    Today Goals: I will try to get some productivity in, plan to meet up with a friend to play some snooker in the afternoon even though it still needs to be confirmed. I will also keep my eating limited with a smmothie, some of the last lentil tofu I have left and maybe some soup.
