Here's a big one! Account binding is not retroactive, so I didn't earn any XP for completing the Layer3 Linea Park quests! I done the binding later on, and must say the Proof of Humanity is a pain! Was hard to find one attestation from Group A and two from Group B!
I feel that an airdrop is being cooked behind the scenes! LXP-L is intended to recognize and incentivize meaningful contributors within the Linea ecosystem. These points encompass a variety of actions, such as being an early adopter, owning assets on Linea, engaging with different protocols within the ecosystem, demonstrating past involvement across other blockchain networks, and more!
The hustled continued and those Layer3 quests will hopefully bring some bounties! The Surge Volt 4 has officially started, with a focus on stablecoin liquidity and offering higher LXP-L modifiers for active vs. passive positions.
I did some stuff in the past but without earning LXP when the Layer3 users where invited into Linea Park. I interacted with a plethora of Linea protocols , and completed quest for nothing! Some where too dodgy to complete anyway!
I like challenges but I am still careful with my on-chain activity, this is why I completed only the quests that didn't required downloads or installing stuff. That was a big NO for me and skipped those quests.
The Layer3 Linea Culture SZN was the next opportunity to earn Linea XP and mint some nice free NFTs. With the Proof of Humanity completed I was ready for a new start!
I started completing the Linea Culture quests, and will patiently wait for the distribution. One month later and my LXP balance still shows as zero! Each week highlighted projects and their NFTs, and the participants voted on their favorite art on Sunday. Free NFTs, LXP and Layer3 CUBEs for all! Will 470 LXP be enough for a decent drop? Time will tell!
I used Across to bridge more funds on Linea , willing to take advantage of Volt 4 and the extra points! To gradually adapt the number of points and incentivize early participation in the program, the Linea decay function will decreases at every Volt.
How it works? At the start of the program, this function was set at 1, and reduced by a factor of 10% after every Epoch. This will lead to an overall number of points lower by 10% every month. The new volts create less LXP-L as the Surge continues amplifying Linea’s ecosystem!
