Pursuit of Freedom

Hello, dear HIVE community,
I am incredibly proud and very happy to finally have the opportunity to actively engage with this community.
For years, I have been waiting for the moment when new technologies would create real opportunities for change. Now that this moment has arrived, I am thrilled by the possibilities before us.

Who am I?

I chose the pseudonym "Pursuitoffreedom" deliberately. It represents my goal and my purpose in life: freedom. This word is not just a concept for me but a belief, a mission.

My wish is simple yet profound:
"I want to die with the same smile I was born with."

It might sound cheesy, but the journey to this goal is monumental. Especially when you walk through life with open eyes and see how our freedom is constantly under threat.

The Responsibility for Our Children

When I think of my children, I wonder: Would it really make me smile to know the kind of world I am leaving behind for them? Our children are the architects of the future. But we, as parents, are the ones who shape them, prepare them for the world, and pass on our values.

But are we truly aware of the burden that comes with walking through this world with open eyes? I am – I live it every day. And I wonder: Can we expect our children to bear this burden?

Understanding Freedom

To me, freedom does not mean doing whatever you want. Freedom ends where it infringes on the freedom of others. Without mutual understanding, there is no real freedom.

Nelson Mandela said it best:

"To be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."

But what if the chains are invisible? What if they only exist in our minds, and we live our lives in the interest of others without even realizing it?

My Journey – Breaking the Chains

At the age of 19, I decided never to close my eyes again. My curiosity became my driving force, and my questions led me into a hidden world of discoveries – much like Alice falling into the rabbit hole.

One of these revelations is that Bitcoin is not just a currency but one of the most powerful tools for freedom. It is a censorship-resistant, decentralized, and transparent alternative to a system that keeps us shackled.

Bitcoin opened my eyes to a new reality, a world that reveals more than I ever imagined. This journey has been, and continues to be, thrilling, full of challenges and opportunities.

Why I Write

I feel that the circle is slowly closing. This drives me to share my thoughts, to enlighten, to discuss, and to grow together with this community.

There are so many ideas and questions in my mind. Perhaps we can find common ground on certain topics, pushing us all forward. Perhaps it will inspire others to face the challenges of this world.

One Final Thought

I want to die with a smile – not because I turned a blind eye to the suffering around me, but because I dared to seek and defend my freedom.

This blog is the first step on this path. Let’s talk, learn from one another, and enrich each other. Because only together can we achieve true freedom.
