I know I should do some thing today, but I don't really have the strength to them. So, what do I do to start the day? I ask ChatGPT to make up a quote that will strengthen me, and help me do the right thing. What is the result?
True integrity is not measured by the ease of our choices, but by the strength of our resolve to do what's right, even when every fiber of our being resists.
Is that really so? I guess that is integrity, which often is involved in saying and doing the same stuff, but I guess right now, it is about doing the right thing, even though I don't feel like. I know that I would tell someone else to get some fresh air and go for a walk if they would feel the way I do, but I don't feel the strength to go for a walk or run myself.
But, that is the integrity thing... to put on the strength to do it, even though I don't feel like.
I guess I need to get moving! Do you have any similar struggles on this very day?
