What is a Web2 expense? If we take a look at any business deal today, it is a web2 deal. A vendor has a product or service and a customer has a need or want for that product and if the conditions and the price are agreeable to the customer he buys it. It is a web2 expense to the customer and a profitable deal to the vendor. That is the end of the deal.
He is happy with the deal if the product or service meets the customer's expectations. The vendor is happy with the profit out of the deal. It is a win-win deal for them.

How does a web2 expense turn into an investment and passive income to the customer?
When a customer buys from a Web3-enabled vendor who will take part of the profit, reinvest and generate a passive income from it and is willing to share it with his customer.
