Hello dear reader,
Today, I ventured down to the river, hoping to capture some wildlife on camera. I encountered a couple of majestic herons.
The first heron was sitting high in the tree spreading its wings to collect the warmth of the sun. When it recognized me it folded its wings an try to hide between the branches.
Just a few hundred meters further down the river I discovered another one sunbathing on a small island. As I approached, I found myself facing the sun.
The heron, silhouetted against the river, created a truly mesmerizing scene. I snapped a few shots, each one a study in contrast and form.
As the sun climbed higher, I encountered a third one. I found the heron perched gracefully on a branch, seemingly basking in the warmth.
This offered a completely different perspective.
This encounter was a reminder of the beauty that can be found in the most unexpected places. It was a privilege to witness this magnificent creature in its natural habitat and to be able to share these moments through my photos.
