On Sunday I was a little tired because of the rock that was on Saturday night, but I needed to go out a little to dismantle the fiaca and become myself again so I could start Monday as a normal person and I could quickly adapt to the system in which we live. . So I grabbed a large bottle of water, my keys, some bills, my cell phone and the desire to reconnect with the matrix.
I walked to a park that I have near my house which on weekends is usually full of people and curiously I don't know if it was because it was relatively early but it wasn't full of people as it usually happens so I was able to enjoy it even more than usual. I love this park for several reasons, one is that it is very large and there are many different spaces where you can be and they are all different, some more open and crowded, others a little more chill and secluded. On the other hand, something that I also like is that it has two state one buildings in the center, a kindergarten and primary school and a secondary school all together.
The school obviously also has games for the little ones and it is very well taken care of, luckily they respect it a lot and it is very popular. When I saw it, as I always pass quickly and I never stop to see it in detail, I approached and saw that it was open for some reason and when I was entering I saw in the distance that there was a man doing a maintenance activity so I asked him if I could come and see. the facilities, if you could do it without compromising your work to which the man very kindly told me, let me accompany you and show you.
We walked around the school at the top as if to take a simple tour, without going everywhere and I was able to take a photo of that moment. When, after thanking him, I went to walk through the park, there were in one part the same people who always organize the soccer tournament that has existed there for a long time, I faced the other side and went to the side of the tracks, there were few people and many dogs enjoying the park, the first one I met and was able to interact with was a beautiful dachshund with beautiful different colored eyes. But there were dogs of all shapes and colors really. I stayed for a nice while enjoying a bit of sun, when it was visible because Sunday was cloudy in anticipation of the storm.
I sincerely recommend that when we are a little hungover from a night of revelry, we encourage ourselves to get out of bed to get out of the mood and reset our mind to be well enough to start the next day as if nothing had happened, not only because you will feel better. , but because being in an outdoor place also adds to that well-being, having the sun hit your face a little and doing photosynthesis and breathing a little fresh air and not the one that is addicted at home with the smell of alcohol!

El domingo estuve un poco cansado por el rock que hubo el sábado por la noche, pero necesitaba salir un poco para desarticular la fiaca y volver a ser yo así arrancaba el lunes como una persona normal y me podía adecuar al sistema en el que vivimos rápidamente. Así es que me agarre una botella grande de agua, las llaves, unos billetes, el celular y ganas de reconectar con la matrix.
Me fui caminando hasta un parque que tengo cerca de casa el cual los fines de semana se suele llenar de gente y curiosamente no se si es porque era relativamente temprano pero no estaba full gente como suele pasar asique pude disfrutarlo aún más que de costumbre. Me encanta este parque por varios motivos, uno que es muy grande y hay muchos espacios diferentes en donde uno puede estar y son todos diferentes, unos más abiertos y multitudinarios, otros un poco más chill y apartados. Por otro lado, algo que también me gusta es que tiene en el centro dos edificios del estado uno, un colegio jardín y primario y un colegio secundario todo junto.
El colegio obviamente tiene juegos también para los más chicos y está super cuidado por suerte lo respetan un montón y es muy convocado. Cuando lo vi como siempre paso rápido y nunca me detengo a verlo en detalle me acerque y vi que estaba abierto por algún motivo y cuando estoy ingresando veo a lo lejos que había un señor haciendo una actividad de mantenimiento entonces le pregunté si podía pasar a ver las instalaciones, si podía hacerlo sin comprometer su trabajo a lo que el hombre muy amablemente me dijo, déjeme que lo acompañó y le muestro.
Nos dimos una vuelta por el colegio por arriba como para hacer una simple recorrida, sin entrar en todos lados y pude tomar una foto de ese momento. Cuando, luego de agradecerle me fui a caminar por el parque había en una parte los mismos que organizan siempre el torneo de fútbol que existe desde hace mucho tiempo allí, encare para el otro lado y me fui para el lado de las vías, había pocas personas y muchos perros disfrutando del parque, al primero que me encontré y con quien pude interactuar fue un salchicha hermoso con ojos de diferente color hermosos. Pero había perros de todas las formas y colores realmente. Me quede un lindo rato disfrutando un poco de sol, cuando se dejaba ver porque el domingo estuvo nublado anticipando la tormenta.
Sinceramente recomiendo que cuando estamos un poco resacosos por una noche de jolgorio, se animen a salir de la cama para poder salir del mood y resetear la mente para estar bien para empezar el proximo dia como si nada, no solo porque te vas a sentir mejor, sino porque estar en un lugar al aire libre también suma a ese bienestar, que te pegue un poco el sol en la cara y hacer fotosíntesis y respirar un poco de aire fresco y no el que está enviciado en casa con olor a alcohol!
