A Day at the Hack with Delhi Hackathon: Sponsored by Hive
I arrived early at the Hack with Delhi hackathon, eagerly sponsored by Hive, where the atmosphere was charged with excitement. After checking in, I joined a team focused on developing an AI-powered healthcare application to assist doctors in diagnosing rare diseases using Hive’s machine learning algorithms.
Our team brainstormed and divided tasks, with me handling front-end development. We attended insightful workshops on advanced machine learning, gaining valuable knowledge and practical tips.
Throughout the day, we faced and overcame various challenges, from data set issues to optimizing API calls with help from Hive’s mentors. Networking during breaks allowed us to exchange ideas with other participants working on diverse projects.
As the evening approached, we rushed to finalize our project, making last-minute tweaks and rehearsing our pitch. The day was intense but incredibly rewarding, filled with learning, collaboration, and innovation. The hackathon not only honed our technical skills but also reinforced the power of teamwork and creativity in tech development.
