    Good morning everyone, let's make a delicious dessert without an oven. This time I want to make a dessert from Thailand, Kanom Piak Poon. This is really delicious, you never go wrong with the combination of pandan and coconut milk.

    Material :
    50gr Palm Sugar
    85gr Granulated Sugar
    80gr Rice Flour
    40gr Tapioca Flour
    2 sdm Pandan Paste
    700ml Water
    1 sdm Lemon Water

    How to make:

    • put all the ingredients into a pan, cook over medium heat until it explodes and thickens while stirring.
    • After it thickens smoothly, put all the mixture into a plastic triangle (pipping bag).
    • wait a few moments until it is warm, then mold it into the container you are using then syringe the mixture.
    • set aside

    Coconut Milk Sauce
    Material :
    200ml Thick Coconut Milk
    200ml Water
    20gr Rice Flour
    Pinch of Salt

    How to make:

    • Cook all ingredients over low heat until they explode and boil, turn off.
    • then immediately pour over the cooled mixture. Don't forget to put roasted sesame seeds on top.
