Chinese water chestnuts sweet soup

    On scorching days when you crave a respite, a tranquil spot to indulge in refreshing flavors, I stumbled upon a dessert shop that's simply exquisite. With an extensive array of dessert soups ranging from palm fruit soup, durian soup, sweet potato soup, coconut soup, Thai dessert soup, mango soup, caramel soup, to a special treat like almond panna cotta dessert, this is truly a haven for dessert enthusiasts.

    Each dessert here is delicious and has its own flavor. I didn't know which dishes to choose to eat because their names and their illustrations in the menu were both very eye-catching. The broth of these sweet soups is usually made from coconut water, vanilla and fresh milk to create a fragrant, sweet, fatty broth, topped with various toppings, and eating it with ice is something wonderful in the summer.

    The palm fruit soup, with its crispy palm fruit and sweet coconut juice, transports you to a tropical paradise from the very first spoonful.You can try all kinds of sweet soup. The shop's best-selling dish is durian sweet soup, with a fragrant durian flavor served with jelly, jackfruit and super fatty coconut milk. Or young coconut sweet soup is also a suitable choice for you if you love the taste of coconut. This sweet soup has coconut meat, coconut jelly and crispy pearls. You should also try mango sweet soup, it has a beautiful golden layer with smooth mango flan in the middle, surrounded by toppings like mango pieces, jelly and pearls.If you're looking for something truly unique, try the almond panna cotta dessert –This dessert is a combination of almonds eaten with chunks of cream milk cooked until curdled, the broth is sugar water with chia seeds and pandan leaves. It can be said that this dessert is very frugal, light and cool.

    I went to this restaurant on a hot day of 40 degrees Celsius, at that time I wanted to find a dessert that could cool my body. Forget about fried foods or hot noodle soup, I just wanted to eat something cool with ice.In Vietnam, these types of sweet soup are not traditional sweet soup. I don't know where these dessert sweet soups come from. Traditional dessert sweet soup in Vietnam is often cooked with green beans and tapioca starch to create a sticky mixture. These new types of dessert sweet soup are not available on the market and are 2-3 times more expensive than traditional Vietnamese sweet soups.
    I tried a new dessert dessert that I have never reviewed before: Chinese water chestnuts sweet soup. This tuber is white, crispy and has a lot of juice, often used to cook desserts, salad, specifically making tapioca pearls.

    This dessert bowl cost 35,000 VND and included red water chestnut pearls and green water chestnut pearls, with the green color made from pandan leaf juice and the red color made from beetroot juice. When I ate each pearl, it felt crispy and cool in my mouth. In addition to the pearls, the bowl also contained coconut jelly made from jelly powder and coconut pulp, with an eye-catching green color from pandan leaf juice. There were also some other types of coconut jelly but varied in different shapes. Finally, it was served with fresh coconut milk and ice. The taste of this dessert sweet soup was quite light, not too sweet like traditional sweet soup, which was what made me excited.

    The restaurant space was quite clean and gently decorated in a Japanese style, and the restaurant owner was also gentle and enthusiastic. In addition to the desserts mentioned above, there were also some accompanying snacks such as sausages, French fries, shrimp tapioca pudding, etc. The average price for one bowl was 1.7 dollars.
