This fish noodle restaurant truly impressed me from the first glance with its polite, modern, and extremely clean style. The spacious and bright interior made me feel very comfortable.
The highlight of the restaurant was the installation of cool air conditioning, a huge advantage on hot summer days. I accepted spending more money to eat my favorite food in a cool environment, while 99% of vermicelli shops in Vietnam often had ugly designs and made diners sweat all over while eating a hot bowl of vermicelli. Other noodle shops should have learned from this. The price of a bowl of vermicelli here was only $0.20 more expensive than other popular restaurants, but the experience was ten times better. I became a loyal fan of this noodle shop. It was also the first noodle shop in the area with a super spacious parking lot for cars, making it very convenient for those traveling by car.
Service:
The staff here were very enthusiastic and attentive. They were always ready to serve and meet all customer requests. I felt very comfortable and well cared for when visiting this place.
Restrooms:
Another plus was the very clean restrooms. This is something many other noodle shops, especially the budget ones in Vietnam, did not have. The restrooms were frequently cleaned, providing a comfortable and reassuring experience when used. I visited this restaurant because my house lost power and the weather in Vietnam was very hot at the time. This was the reason I chose a clean and cool breakfast restaurant like this. Indeed, the cool and clean space of the restaurant made me feel much more comfortable.
Quality of Food:
The broth was rich and delicious, the fresh fish was cleaned and fried until golden and crispy. A bowl of fish noodle soup included fried fish, rice vermicelli, pineapple, green onions, Indian taro, and ground pork balls. Although the price of a bowl of vermicelli was only about .70, the service quality was 100 points excellent, making me feel like I was eating an bowl of vermicelli. From the bowl to the plate to the food decoration style, it showed the same quality as a 5-star restaurant.
