FitJourney #8: Feeling the Progress!

    Hey everyone,

    Today the scale showed 82.1 kg—it’s going in the right direction again, and that feels great! I think one big reason is that I’ve been consistently hitting my 10,000 steps a day again. It’s a small habit, but it really makes a difference.

    Now it’s only about 3 kg to reach my goal weight. If things keep going like this, I should be there in around 6 to 7 weeks. That’s totally doable, and I’m staying focused.

    But honestly, the real goal isn’t just the number—it’s how I feel and what I see in the mirror. And right now, I’m already noticing clear changes. That’s what keeps me motivated.

    I’m proud of the journey so far and excited for what’s ahead.
