An outrageous case of juvenile justice in Novosibirsk happened not long ago.
It's that very case when CPS mistake can NEVER be corrected because the father of the family died....He was killed by CPS.
Yulia Bespalova, a mother 2 children, worked as the head of the customer service department at a commercial bank, and also has a higher pedagogical education. She left her career for the sake of her family and raising her own children.
Yulia has two children from her first marriage, and two kids more were born in her marriage with Denis. Denis adopted Yulia's children, because their biological father showed no interest in them.
It was a nice friendly family but teenager's age changed their life greatly.
One of the children, Andrey, showed deviant behavior - things and jewelry disappeared from the house.
It turned out that Andrei took them.
Denis knew about it, and they had a serious quarrel. Denis punished him, hit him on the cheek, and a bruise remained there.
It wasn't a typical behavior for Denis. Andrey took him as Dad and loved him, they had never had such quarrels before as the boy would tell later.
At school, Andrei was asked where the bruise came from. The truth came out. The boy just didn't realized what would be after his words...
A criminal case was opened against his father, and the boy was forced by CPS to admit that his father regularly tortured him. They used frightening and lie making the boy sign necessary docs, and he did it...
As a result of falsifications, Denis was sentenced to 6 years.
Denis was an athlete, he had great health. But in prison his health was undermined, and CPS finally finished him off by placing him in a tuberculosis hospital.
He had fever for almost a month. No proper help was provided to him.
As a result Denis died in the prison hospital....
But even after this sad event - the death of the head of the family - CPS did not calm down and continued to insist on the destruction of the family - depriving Yulia of parental rights and removing all the children.
The district court rejected the guardianship claim.
But CPS was not satisfied with this decision. They filed an appeal to the regional court, where, in the absence of other arguments, they began to insist on also conducting a psychiatric examination.
Without making any diagnosis other than some kind of "disorder", the psychiatrists concluded that "it is dangerous for the children to stay with their mother"....
As a result, the mother's rights were limited.
Now the grandmother took custody, and Yulia tried to fight for her kids.
Many family protectors help her now, but even if the case will be lucky, and she will be their mother legally again, nothing will be Ok as it was before. Because kids will never see their Dad again.
