November has become a fatal months for one more family who has lost 5 kids at once thanks to .... anonymous denounciation.
The Tyumen Regional Parents' Committee received an email from Tatyana Vyatchinina asking for informational and legal assistance.
On November 3, 2024, one more outrageous case of brazen interference in the life of a family and illegal removal of children in the absence of any danger to their health and life occured.
On Sunday evening, father of the family came home drunk. It didn't happen often so his wife, the mother of 5 kids and the sixth one would be born soon (the woman had the 20th week of pregnancy) didn't take it seriously. Such cases happen in many families, and it doesn't cause any great problems. If only somebody didn't use it for anything more....
The incident was reported to the police.
The parents still do not know for sure where the call came from, and who caused that very fatal denounciation.
Their official inquiries to the police were answered: "This is confidential information!"
And the Juvenile Affairs team that arrived that evening simply explained: one of your children reported that the parents were arguing.
However, the children themselves stubbornly deny this.
The head of the team, the female Juvenile Affairs inspector decided to take away 5 (!) children, since "both parents are drunk." No examination or presence of witnesses was required to establish this fact!!
Kids of 15 and 11 years and twins of 9 years old were sent to the Kid's House, and the youngest kid of 4 years was sent to another Kid's organisation.
The mother tried to visit her kids, but she was explained that it was "a closed organisation". But the woman got information that kids felt bad there, moreover, the eldest girl was hitted by the orphanage's worker when she tried to protect her younger brother...
The mother is pregnant now. Kids were taken away.
it's a great unbelievable stress for all of them!
Now the situation is being studied by family protectors, and we all hope this cruel CPS "train" will be stopped asap for them. Though we all know how long and hard it can be....
