Four tips on how to monitor the pancreas
1️⃣ To live long and not get sick, chew food thoroughly and do not drink it with liquid.
2️⃣ If you want the pancreas to work well and not get inflamed, try not to mix animal proteins and carbohydrates in one meal. For example, eat meat with vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, turnips, and not with potatoes or pasta.
3️⃣ Eliminate foods with chemical additives from your diet! This especially applies to children's nutrition - mayonnaise and ketchup should be prohibited products for them.
4️⃣ Take food at least 5 times a day in small portions. This will allow the digestive system to work without stress and reduce the load on the pancreas.
