I basically don't talk to any clients directly. But today I joined the meeting directly. Basically this is the work of our sir. We were there as his assistants. Because we have to do the design work. We needed to hear the total issue directly. We complete the meeting through Google Meet.
My first communication with a client directly. Homeowners have many demands but are on a tight budget. The house will be built on the river side. Downstairs is a shop and upstairs is a duplex house where the entire house will be used by the owner for self-residence. At first I did not like the owner's speech. All his plans are random. He was looking at various house plans on Facebook and describing them to us in detail. But the needs of the owner must be followed.
We then create a primary sketch in about an hour-plus meeting. And that's how I started planning the house. What you see here is not all. There are only duplex plans here. And these too are only at the elementary level. Because we have 100% confidence that the owner will change the plan. However, after making the floor plan design, I feel very good about myself. I don't usually do this kind of thing. What I do is only because of my hobby. I would be happy if the home owner did not change the design. Let's see what happens tomorrow.
