Hoy os muestro una de las cerveceras que más ganas tenía de conocer en mi viaje a Bristol. Se trata de Wiper and True. es una de las más apreciadas por los locales y su calidad me hace preguntarme, por qué no ha traspasado fronteras y vemos sus productos en el resto de Europa.
se manejan a la perfección en todos los estilos, haciendo cerveza con alma clásica y destellos modernos.
Su Brewpub a las afueras de la ciudad es un local elegante y rezuma estilo. Muy agradable y que invita a pasar la tarde con amigos disfrutando de unas buenas cerveza. Visita obligada si vas a Bristol.

Today I show you one of the breweries that I was most looking forward to seeing on my trip to Bristol. This is Wiper and True. It is one of the most appreciated by locals and its quality makes me wonder why it has not crossed borders and we see its products in the rest of Europe.
They handle all styles perfectly, making beer with a classic soul and modern touches.
Their Brewpub on the outskirts of the city is a stylish venue and oozes style. Very pleasant and inviting to spend the afternoon with friends enjoying some good beer. A must visit if you go to Bristol.
