Parece que la cervecera del cerdo se ha animado a salir de su zona de confort y elaborar otros estilos diferentes a sus típicas NEIPA. Expertos en las IPA de corte moderno en las que la fruta predomina y domina sobre el restos de sabores, pero últimante están sacando muchas SOUr y Sour Pastry, alguna West Coast y ahora esta Black IPA, un estilo casi extinto que a mí personalmente me encanta.

Una Black Ipa diferente. Lo primero que sorprende es la ausencia del lúpulo que da nombre al estilo, el Cascade. Este es sustituido por otros lúpulos, sobre todo clásicos americanos, más propios de las West Coast IPA. El resultado es una cerveza muy cafetera, y con matices a chocolate negro y cacao, pero con un final bastante amargo. En cualquier caso resulta muy fácil de beber.

It seems that the pork brewery has been encouraged to leave its comfort zone and produce other styles different from its typical NEIPA. Experts in modern IPAs in which the fruit predominates and dominates over the rest of the flavors, but lately they are releasing many SOUr and Sour Pastry, some West Coast and now this Black IPA, an almost extinct style that I personally love .

A different Black Ipa. The first thing that surprises is the absence of the hop that gives its name to the style, Cascade. This is replaced by other hops, especially American classics, more typical of West Coast IPAs. The result is a very coffee-like beer, with nuances of dark chocolate and cocoa, but with a rather bitter finish. In any case, it is very easy to drink.
