Colaboración de altura de los daneses de Amager y los californianos de Port Brewing. Una cerveza que viene elaborándose desde 2011 y pruebo siempre que veo. El motivo, que ya no se hacen cervezas así. Inundados de IPA que no son amargas en las que la fruta reina por encima del lúpulo, Amager representa un oasis del clasicismo cervecero. Tanto la Wookie IPA con sus 143 IBU (International Bitter Unity) y la Gluttony, también de Amager, con 200 IBU, son dos de las mejores West Coast o American IPA de la historia. Esto si es amargo de verdad. Como chupar un pino lleno de resina. Ojalá se hicieran más cervezas así. Deberían tomar cuenta aquellas cerveceras que ponen en sus latas "West Coast" para darse cuenta de lo que es una de verdad

Pues lo dicho anteriormente. Muchísimo amargor. Sabor a resina, pino y toques de corteza de cítrico. Bombazo de lúpulo en tu boca que rasga tu paladar. A pesar de ello, se bebe fácil y sabe a poco.
Aroma a hierba fresca y color cristalino con espuma persistente como marca el estilo.
En breve os mostraré la hermana mayor de esta cerveza: La Glutonny. Si después de esta cerveza pensabas que ya no podía haber nada más amargo... estabas equivocado.
