Después de mucho tiempo sin ver nada de estos muchachos de Leeds, de nuevo las neveras de los bares y tiendas especializadas se llenan de sus productos. Algo que celebro efusivamente. Northern Monk es una de las mejores cerveceras del Reino Unido y su calidad es incuestionable. Esta cerveza que os muestro es un ejemplo de ello.
Por otro lado Northern Monk siempre tiene alguna historia interesante detrás de sus cervezas, en esta ocasión en forma de donativo. Un porcentaje del beneficio de su venta va destinado a la asociación Faith in Futures. Excelente iniciativa.

La cerveza sin destacar tampoco en nada especial, está realmente buena. Muy suave y refrescante. Con una aroma muy frutal que se confirma después en el trago. Mucha piña y melocotón con poco amargor. Una IPA de corte moderno para todos los públicos.
Una de las señas de identidad de esta marca es su imagen, lo vemos una vez más en una etiqueta realmente llamativa.
