Una West Coast suavecita. Aunque el amargor es importante, no llega a las cotas que tenían las IPA clásicas americanas que tanto añoro, las cuales eran más amargas que un día sin cerveza. Parece que el estilo está evolucionando y nos tenemos que resignar a que aquellos tiempos no volverán. Hoy la fruta y el dulce lo inundan todo y hacen que se pierda en ocasiones la esencia de la cerveza. Me gustan los estilos nuevos, pero añoro los clásicos.
Por lo demás la cerveza no tiene fallos y cumple. Limpia y cristalina. Con mucho sabor a cítricos y hierba fresca. Buen aroma y carbonatación muy conseguida.

A soft West Coast. Although the bitterness is important, it does not reach the levels of the classic American IPAs that I miss so much, which were more bitter than a day without beer. It seems that the style is evolving and we have to resign ourselves to the fact that those times will not return. Today, fruit and sweets overwhelm everything and sometimes cause the essence of the beer to be lost. I like new styles, but I miss the classics.
Otherwise the beer has no flaws and delivers. Clean and crystal clear. With a lot of citrus and fresh grass flavor. Good aroma and very successful carbonation.
