Una de las cerveceras que más me sorprendió en el 2023 fue Brasserie Sir Jon Brewing Co. Estos canadienses me han conquistado a base de cervezas elaboradas magistralmente y sin dejarse llevar por las modas dominantes que inundan las cervezas de fruta haciendo diluir como un azucarillo su esencia, sin alma, sin el amargor por bandera.

Sabores intensos a ralladura de cítricos y matices tropicales, con un intenso amargor pero sin llegar a molestar. El aroma es muy intenso y punzante a cítricos y el color más porpio de una NEIPA. En resumen una excelente cerveza.
