Cerveza: Breathing in stereo
Cervecera: Whiplash (Dublín, Irlanda) & The Malt Garden (Zagrev, Croacia)
Estilo: West Coast India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 6.8º
Lúpulo: Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado y Amarillo
Formato: Lata de 440 ml
Interpretación perfecta del estilo. Aroma a pino, color cristalino y espuma persistente.
Excelente cerveza. De las mejores del año.
Lately it is very difficult to find craft beers with the letters "West Coast" written on their label. The current fashion for excessively fruity beers floods everything. Hazy and New England IPA have swept everything. Fortunately, there are still breweries that continue to support this style. With bitterness as its flag, this classic from the American West Coast survives while waiting for trends to pass and real beer to return. Something that I long for.
