Sometimes, the universe sends us messages that only we can interpret. These messages are personalized, intimate, and understood by no one else. Last night, for instance, I received a message in the form of a mosquito. I heard the mosquito’s buzz near my ear a couple of times. On the third occasion, I woke up determined to get rid of it. It was 4 in the morning. I turned on the light and saw it perched on one of the room’s walls. What happened next is easy to imagine… A contented smile appeared on my face, and I went back to sleep in a good mood.
I hope the next messenger the universe sends is a goldfinch or a rose. And what’s the message? Well, it’s crystal clear: “Winter is over, and you need to start planting again.” Here we are in the midst of winter, and there shouldn’t be any mosquitoes. This means that the cold won’t last much longer, and I should begin the new season as soon as possible.
Perhaps it’s a bit early for everything to go smoothly, but who am I to contradict the universe? I’ve chosen some Jack Herer seeds that I made last year. I haven’t tried them yet, and I think planting them in the middle of winter will be a good test. If they survive, it’ll be a positive sign.
After subjecting the seeds to the POF (Proof Of Finger) I soaked them in water with a bit of hydrogen peroxide. I need 18 plants, but I’ve germinated 24 to ensure I get at least 18 healthy ones. I’m keeping them in water for 24 to 48 hours. Then I’ll place them in a container with a damp cloth, and in 3 or 4 days, they should be ready for transplantation. I hope I’ve correctly interpreted the universe’s message. Have a great day! 🌱
A veces, el universo nos envía mensajes que solo nosotros sabemos interpretar. Son mensajes personalizados, íntimos y que nadie más puede comprender. Anoche, por ejemplo, recibí un mensaje en forma de mosquito. Escuché el zumbido del mosquito cerca de mi oído un par de veces. A la tercera, me desperté decidido a acabar con él. Eran las 4 de la madrugada. Encendí la luz y lo vi posado en una de las paredes de la habitación. Lo que ocurrió después es fácil de imaginar… Una sonrisa placentera se dibujó en mi rostro y volví a dormirme de muy buen humor.
Espero que el próximo mensajero que envíe el universo sea un jilguero o una rosa. ¿Y cuál es el mensaje? Pues está clarísimo: “El invierno ha terminado y debes empezar a plantar de nuevo”. Aquí estamos en pleno invierno, y no debería haber mosquitos. Esto significa que el frío no durará mucho más y que debo comenzar la nueva temporada cuanto antes.
Quizás sea un poco temprano para que todo salga bien, pero ¿quién soy yo para contradecir al universo? He elegido unas semillas de Jack Herer que hice el año pasado. Aún no las he probado, y creo que plantarlas en pleno invierno será una buena prueba. Si sobreviven, será una señal positiva.

Necesito 18 plantas, pero he germinado 24 para asegurarme de obtener al menos 18 buenas. No todas las semillas germinan, y algunas de las que lo hacen no son de buena calidad.
