This guy got murdered.
The dog was shot.
Then me and my dog nearly got murdered.

Basically I was down at the river and a guy sitting off to my left had a beautiful German Shepherd that was a little bit older. The guy threatened the Portland fire department boat with a non-functioning plastic BB pistol.
Shortly after that he scooted away and after a little bit his dog attacked some lady's dog. The chick got her dog out of the big huge German Shepherd jaws and then the dog bit her hard enough to leave a puncture mark.
I advise the lady and her man to call 911 after I was able to get my boots on.
I kept an eye on the guy and they called the cops and I called the cops too.
After a little while the guy come off the beach and the Vancouver waterfront trail.
Insanely incredibly I filmed the next young man that got nipped by the German Shepherd, cool guy. Baked and unaware of what happened. Got bit in the side just a nip. I got him to call it in and then I had to skate to go catch up with this guy.
A little while later I called in on one of the four phone calls while the guy chucked his phone. I picked up the battery and the back cover as well as the phone case. And two plastic credit card things.
I had made four phone calls to 911 and three of those absolutely were fairly clearly identifying the plastic fake gun. And the first officer that was finally able to make contact with me drove right past and then flipped around came back and acknowledged that he saw the guy. He also acknowledged that the guy had a fake gun.
The second officer was actually waiting for backup and I was going to hang back. However the second officer coming up jumps out of his vehicle and just hoses the guy with a full mag dump in a super panic. Obviously playing Rambo and going crazy.
I going inform them that the guy has a fake gun and I demand them not execute the dog which one of the cowardly and inept as well as completely untrained officers shot the German Shepherd once with an ar 15. It just made the dog Yelp. Another officer grabbed it by the leash.
They tied up the dog and then the cops refused to do anything. Oh other than suddenly turn grenade launchers and assault rifles on me and threaten to murder me as well as illegally arrest me.
After machine gunning down this man then these officers decided that they're going to start threatening the entire public because not only were they pointing these machine guns and grenade launchers at me but they were also threatening the general public behind me. So you had about 10 people behind me that these cops are threatening.
Oh I wasn't sure what to do but I sure cussed them. All the ineptitude.
Went from being a hours long wait to suddenly the entire donught eaters convention is there and running around like idiots...
Then of course they also wanted me to go waiting an area that had absolutely zero Sun cover. Yep full sunlight. Oh my poor dog.
And me to oh boy that was really rough for the both of us and luckily enough I was able to get moved over to a shady spot and one very amazing officer. He ended up bringing over some water. And hanging out with me until the detectives showed up.
Of course during all this I had another episode where officer Hill pulls some crazy confrontation while I'm hanging out discussing what all happened with the cool cop who casually dismissed official Hill.
A little while later then we have one of the crisis intervention people come over and talk with me until the detective showed up. So at this point now information dumped so many times and so many people. And then begins the hours long interrogation of me. Now we go through everything even jumping around back and forth and they have a billion and one questions for me. And I show them the videos. I also send over the videos. We go down to where it all started and to show them where me and puppy dog went to relax and smoke weed. I detailed how everything went. I answered all the questions and even more...
Wow. Just wow.
Monday. It's going to be bad. Really bad.
I've got it on film. Besides the needing to talk with my lawyer. And then there's me going to the police station. Complaints and filing charges against 2 officers.
And this is looking like another lawsuit... Oh fuck... Just wow.
I need help. I gotta get out of this town! Before these vigilante and untrained officers are going to gun me down.. or my dog...
I got into this just to help the lady that got her dog attacked. And her... Completely brave enough to fight a German shepherd for her little dog. Wow.
To the people that helped her out. I actually thought the best part about humanity right there. People helping other people. In need. In the moment.
And the kid. He was cool. Baked as fuck and said so. I completely understand. I was processing all this and just flooded with emotion. Trying to get officers to help out this situation. Before the guy runs out and then me and my dog get blamed...
As for me.... Just wow ..I don't know what to think. It was dark by the time I was done. Then I released the footage to the news.
A man was murdered for nothing
I reported his having the "gun" in multiple calls. Then we have Rambo go fill auto and shoot up the neighborhood? Then the crazy officers with full auto assault rifle and a silence around it the same rifle that shot the guy's dog being pointed and I'm being threatened?...
Oh wow. Fuck all these cops.
I'm going to demand charges and accountability!
I'm mad I'm scared. Once again there's a huge professional standard issue with this department.
The same officers that did this did the big standoff last April. The detectives were from the sheriff's department.
I just got done having to talk with law enforcement from my home reservation. And those in Utah. I don't need to speak to anymore people. I need some peace.
And I need help. A lot of it. As well as many prayers if any of you can help...
I don't know what to do. I just don't.
