Taking one day at a time

in blog •  last month

    Hi, guys!

Gradually, I increase my daily workload every day. Every day I try to do a little more than I did yesterday, but not so much more that I accidentally overload myself and overexert myself. I try to track my condition very clearly and understand where I need to slow down and rest a little more, and where I can increase the load and work a little more.

For example, yesterday my sideburns woke me up at half past four in the morning and I was not able to fall asleep again. Because of this, I had to go to bed again at about two in the afternoon and I slept until five in the evening, practically losing the whole day, but I decided not to put pressure on myself and allow myself to rest, because if I started putting pressure on myself, everything would end very badly, I would definitely overexert myself and everything would go to hell, I would ruin my whole week. And so today I am able to work productively again.

Today we woke up early, so now we will go for a long walk, and after that we will sit down to work. I have big plans for today. I think we'll have time to do a lot. We'll work on the text for at least two hours, then I'll have a lecture in the evening.

I also want to work on filming the blog today, it won't take much time, but it will give me the opportunity to prepare the video for publication.

Overall, I'm still very optimistic and think I'll succeed.

    Have a great day, everyone!
