Seeking for balance

    Hi, guys!

Today is the second day of school, and today I unexpectedly woke up at six in the morning. On the one hand, this is good, I have long wanted to move my schedule earlier, on the other hand, I’m not at all sure that I’ll be able to make it to the evening right away, on the first day of getting up early. For now, I plan to work until twelve, and if I need to go to bed for a couple of hours during the day, then work again for a few hours and come to the two training sessions that I have planned for today at six in the evening. If I hadn’t had any training today, I would probably have risked staying asleep until the evening, but since I have training, I might need to recharge a little during the day; after all, forming the habit of going to bed early and getting up early in one day is probably too much.

Since I got up so early, I wanted to walk the dogs in the morning, but last night my husband told me about the causes of the pathological heat in our region, and I decided that on the first day it was probably not worth going to breathe dust from the desert. We’d better wait a couple of days and then go out into the fresh air.

I started the morning with studying, and just before eight in the morning I finished reading the textbook that I could not finish reading for a whole week. Not a bad result, but so far I don’t feel the concentration I would like. You really have to form a habit first. Yesterday I went to bed at about half past nine in the evening, today I need to try to go to bed at nine. I'll just have one hour between the end of my last workout and nine o'clock in the evening. It turns out that immediately after training I will need to take pills that help me fall asleep. If I manage to eat nothing after training and just go to sleep, I will be a winner in several places at once :)
