Afortunadamente se mueve el mercado de la cerveza artesana en Europa y comenzamos a ver marcas de todos los rincones del viejo continente. Recientemente os enseñe cerveza de gran calidad de Estonia, Finlandia, Austria... Países que están un poco más lejos de las superpotencias cerveceras como Alemania o Inglaterra pero que también tienen presencia en el mercado. Polonia es un ejemplo de ello. Las tres cerveceras más potentes del país son Funky Fluis, Nepo y la que os muestro hoy, Stu Mostow. Todas ellas con un gran nivel.

Buena interpretación del estilo. Aunque le falta un poco de amargor para alcanzar los niveles de exigencia de de éste amante del lúpulo que os escribe. Sabores a pino y resina pero comedidos, que terminan con notas a pomelo.
Muy aromática y de color pálido, con la espuma muy densa y persistente.
Muy buena cerveza en su conjunto.
