Aspas comes to the rescue of Celta again.

The 10th, in his 501st match as a Celeste, equalised the match in the 81st minute against a Girona that took the lead in the first half with a goal from Yangel Herrera.

The match started with very dangerous attempts by both sides. A header from Carlos Domínguez, a shot from Yangel inside the area that Guaita blocked, a header from Abel Ruiz that went just wide of the post and a run from Alfon that didn't find Borja Iglesias in the area gave the match some excitement at the start.

After 12 minutes, Oriol Romeu suffered a muscle injury, leaving Van de Beek in his place, and the game went downhill a bit. The chances in the first few minutes ceased to exist and the danger in the penalty areas vanished.
