Este fin de semana, decidí hacer un asado en el patio de un amigo, donde las plantas y la naturaleza crean un ambiente ideal. 🌳☀️
Hi hive, I want to tell you what I did last weekend. It was quite beautiful with nature by my side. Nothing compares to the pleasure of enjoying a barbecue in a backyard surrounded by greenery. This weekend, I decided to have a barbecue in a friend's backyard, where the plants and nature create an ideal atmosphere. 🌳☀️
Preparé todo lo necesario: carne de primera (aunque un no tanto como me gustaria), chorizo, una morcilla y, por supuesto, un buen fuego con carbón. 🔥 La clave está en encender el fuego a tiempo, para que el carbón esté en su punto justo. Mientras el fuego se encendía, me dediqué a preparar una buena ensalada 🥗 y a poner en hielo unas cervezas bien frías. 🍻
I prepared everything I needed: prime beef (although not as much as I'd like), chorizo, blood sausage, and, of course, a good charcoal fire. 🔥 The key is to light the fire in time, so the charcoal is just right. While the fire was lighting, I dedicated myself to preparing a nice salad 🥗 and putting some ice-cold beers on ice. 🍻
Finalmente, llegó el momento de servir. Cada bocado estaba lleno de sabor, y la combinación con una buena salsa chimichurri hizo que todos se chuparan los dedos. 😋 El patio, lleno de verde, se llenó de risas, brindis y esa calidez que solo se encuentra en las reuniones familiares o entre amigos que solo el toque argentino le da mucha mas calidez que cualquier parte del mundo. Tome todas las fotos con mi celular el dia domingo , capaz no tiene la mejor calidad de fotos pero si tiene mucha calidad humana y un sabor que no se vera en las fotos, gracias por leer todo amigos , bendiciones para todos
Finally, it was time to serve. Every bite was full of flavor, and the combination with a good chimichurri sauce had everyone licking their fingers. 😋 The patio, full of greenery, was filled with laughter, toasts and that warmth that is only found in family or friends gatherings, which only the Argentine touch gives it much more warmth than anywhere in the world.
