Aquarium Floater

in aquarium •  4 months ago

Today, I went out to buy a Pathos plant from our local hardware store, but they didn't have any. The staff was not good with plants, but we came across a pot that had a plant that looked promising (no label).

Google Lens search returned Arrowhead/Syngonium, and from its description can grow with roots in water. OK, let's do this and observe the results.

Note: After 3 hours in the aquarium, it was quite noticeable some of the leaves were melting. According to some on YouTube, this is normal and I should let the plant adjust to its new environment.

    Not too confident here.
