Hello guys! Since yesterday, I have been feeling unwell. It began with a scratchy throat and fatigue, which I initially thought was just a minor cold. However, by mid-morning, my symptoms worsened. My throat became increasingly sore, and I developed a persistent headache. I tried to carry on with my day, drinking warm tea and resting, but my condition didn’t improve. By the afternoon, I felt extremely tired, and a low-grade fever set in. I wrapped myself in blankets, hoping to feel better, but the exhaustion continued.
The evening was worse; I couldn’t sleep well, waking up feeling even more drained and with fluctuating fever. This morning, the symptoms were still present, so I decided to call in sick to work and focus on resting. I've spent the day in bed, drinking fluids and taking medicine. I’m hoping the illness will pass with time, but if things don’t improve by tomorrow, I’ll have to see a doctor. For now, I’m trying to rest and recover, hoping to feel better soon.
Today, I’m feeling much better. The soreness in my throat has almost gone, and the headache has subsided. I still feel a bit tired, but overall, my energy is returning. So I think I do work. I start making digital art because it allows me to express my creativity in a way that feels both fulfilling and exciting. Every project starts with an idea, and then I get to bring it to life on ibisPaint X, experimenting with colors, shapes, and styles. Today I think making a glimmo so start making it.
Step-by-Step PROCEDURES
Draw a small oval or circle for the head. Inside the head, draw two small circles for the eyes. Add smaller circles inside the eyes for pupils. I also draw a nose and mouth.
Below the head, draw a small oval or rounded shape for the body. This will be the part of the character that holds the legs. Draw two small ovals or rounded shapes at the sides of the body for the front legs.
Add a details in the body of the character.
Draw the backside design on the character.Draw a small triangle or rounded shape at the back of the body for the tail.
Erase any extra lines that arenot part of the final character. Now my sketch is almost ready. Here the final look.
COLOURING
Use black or dark brown for the pupils of the eyes. Add a small white spot (highlight) inside the eyes to make them look shiny and realistic. And add brown in the next layer. Color the hands and legs with the orange colour. Add colour in the back side of character.
For the body, you can use a green color. Color the body with a light green and under the body to create depth. Color the tail with a orange to keep it consistent with the turtle’s body.
Start by coloring the head of the character. Orange is a common color for a head.
After colouring, I have added a background to look it more attractive.
Here's the final look of my character:
