Not many people know that you can easily prepare this snack at home, especially as a casual tea time dish when gathering with family. I usually make mung beans into coconut milk porridge, but this is the first time I've tried frying them at home. Usually I often buy it at the market, I really like this cake, so learning to make it becomes a must, right? To make it easier for me to prepare if the market is not available. Yeah lately it's been hard to find, probably because all the ingredients are now soaring in price. And that makes the seller not produce it, well the fast alternative is to prepare it yourself, right? Although there is still a lot to learn and the texture is still very messy. So here are the preparation steps!

Gandasturi fried snacks are ready to eat, very delicious enjoyed while warm with tea or coffee in the afternoon. Make sure you enjoy it on a rainy day ahh more delicious, warm cake with a glass of coffee in favorable weather like now can indeed spend several pieces of cake that I prepared.

I'm very happy even though the shape is still not heavy, especially the hardest thing when forming the inner bean dough made me almost overwhelmed because of its soft texture. I think I should use a non-stick skillet to maximize the result.

I was quite satisfied with the taste, the sweetness was just right, the savory and of course the final word was very good. The filling is very soft with a crunchy texture on the outside of the cake. And that makes this dish very balanced so I'm sure anyone who enjoys it will definitely like it.
