I wasn't very active yesterday but still managed to reach 10K steps. My smart watch shoed that I was ready to do high intensity exercise but I did low to moderate one. Due to not enough sleep, my readyness for exercise is lower today. Hope it will reach higher for tomorrow's kickboxing session.
I am not doing rope skipping for a long time.
Actually, I really like it when people do rope skipping in many ways effortlessly.
I am very far away from it but hope if I do regularly, I could get better.
